We can provide allergy-friendly bed linen on request. Please contact reception. This service is subject to availability.
Babies and children
If you need a crib or high chair, please contact reception. There is an indoor playground at the back of the hotel and a large playground with trampoline in the garden.
Bathrobe and slippers
You can get a bathrobe and slippers from reception.
Bank
The nearest bank (Raiffeisen Bank) is located at Kaiser-Franz-Platz in Bad Hofgastein. Foreign currency and currency exchange is not offered in our hotel.

Drinking Water
The water in all rooms is the best drinking water of the highest quality.
Click on the icon and get a list of all doctors in the Gastein Valley. In an emergency, dial 112 directly and you will be taken straight to the European emergency number.
Housekeeping
Our rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00 to 15:00. No service is possible after this time. Fresh towels are available at reception.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms!
Hygiene
Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay to ensure that you find a clean and safe space. We use high-quality cleaning products that meet the applicable health standards.

Key and key card
During your stay with us, you will receive a room key and a white card for the main entrance to the hotel. The main entrance is closed from 10 pm and can only be opened with the white card. Please return the key and the white card on departure. If a key is lost, we will charge a fee.
Massage
Click on the icon to find our massage offer and make an appointment with our partner Fachinstitut Gastuna, Family Röck.
Messages/mail
Messages and incoming mail can be found at the reception desk in your room locker. Franked letters and cards can be left at reception.
Newspapers/magazines and books
The latest newspapers, magazines and books are available to borrow at reception every day.
There are additional small pillows in the wardrobe of each room, if you need another pillow or comforter, please contact reception.
Parking
Our parking area is around the entire property and is available to our guests free of charge. Click on the icon and the map with our parking areas will open.

You can pay with cash, Visa, Mastercard and EC debit cards at reception. Consumption in the restaurant can be charged to your room and paid for at check-out using the above-mentioned payment methods.

Breakfast: daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, no table reservation necessary
Dinner: Monday to Saturday from 6 pmto 8:30 pm
Changing menu consisting of regional and international dishes
Reserve your table at reception, maximum capacity in the restaurant approx. 70 people
Bar service from 2 pm to 10 pm, Sunday only until 7 pm
Safe
In each room there is a safe in the closet, instructions are included with the safe, if the instructions are not on site, click on the icon and the instructions will open. If you have any further questions, please contact reception.
Safety/emergency exits/fire alarm
In the event of a fire alarm, it is of the utmost importance that guests and staff immediately go to the nearest emergency exit and proceed to the assembly point. Please do not use the elevator. The hotel provides clearly visible emergency exit signs and conducts regular evacuation drills to ensure safe and informed behavior in the event of an emergency.
SPA area
Our spa area includes a log cabin sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a sanarium, an infrared cabin and relaxation rooms. The sauna area is open daily from 15:00 to 19:00. Sauna towels are available in the sauna area and may not be taken into the room. You can reach the spa area via the "U" elevator in the Hotel Rauscher.
Shoe shine machine
Shoe shine machines are located in the basement of Rauscher and Paracelsus.
Towel change
To conserve resources and minimize environmental impact, we offer you a flexible towel change service. If you want your towels to be changed, simply lay them on the floor. If you want to reuse your towels, please hang them up.
Terrace and relax garden
In summer, our guests can relax on our terrace next to the main entrance or in our relaxation garden with natural pond. The natural pond is open from May to September and can be used from 8 am to 8 pm. You are welcome to take a cool drink with you at the bar, we have fancy shatterproof glasses for a safe sundowner.
TV and movie theater
There is a multimedia room on the Paracelsus first floor. There you can watch TV via our projector or connect your laptop/Ipad and watch a movie of your choice with your Netflix account.
Web Point
There is a computer in the hotel lobby. If you have something to print out, please contact our reception.
